In the center of the picture, Bill Clemans of Mishawaka, Ind. receives his trophy for his winning stock car effort at Illiana Motor Speedway (Schererville, Ind.) in 1952.  Joining Clemans are track announcer Don Krause (left) and starter Leo Melcher.
